Jasmine Johnson has been an active meditator for nearly a decade. Equipped with training from UCLA’s Meditation and Research Center, along with years of practical application and independent study, she facilitates live guided meditation events, manages Black Zen’s community partnerships and leads Black Zen’s Guided Meditation Program.
Stacey Johnson comes from a nonprofit background, and as a seasoned meditator with a desire to give back, she established BE Meditation Group (BMG). BMG is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to spreading meditation and supporting mission-aligned programs.
These sisters (literally and figuratively), were most recently written about and named as “People to Watch” in Mindful Magazine’s December issue. Together they write editorial pieces on meditation, wellness and self-improvement. They also curate online guided meditations for their monthly subscribers and participate in speaking engagements nationally to further the wellness conversation.
